Humidity Sensors and Auto Mode: How a Humidifier Holds the Ideal Level

A humidity sensor measures the room’s relative humidity, and auto mode turns the mist on or off to hold a target — typically 40–60%, the comfort and health range. This prevents both under-humidification (dry skin, static) and over-humidification (condensation, mold). Auto mode keeps the room in the ideal range without constant manual adjustment.
