Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In original condition and unused
  • In original packaging with all accessories
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Used or damaged products (not due to manufacturing defect)
  • Items without original packaging
  • Products purchased more than 30 days ago
  • Gift cards and promotional items

How to Return

Step 1: Contact Us

  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photos of the item (if damaged or defective)

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

We will review your request within 2 business days and provide:

  • Return authorization number
  • Return shipping instructions
  • Prepaid shipping label (for defective/wrong items only)

Step 3: Ship the Item

Pack the item securely in its original packaging and send it to the address we provide.

Step 4: Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

Refund Details

  • Original payment method — Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout
  • Shipping costs — Original shipping costs are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns
  • Return shipping — Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect

Exchanges

If you received a defective or incorrect item and prefer an exchange over a refund:

  1. Contact us with your order details
  2. We will ship the replacement item once the return is approved
  3. In many cases, we can ship the replacement before receiving the returned item

Warranty

All Vapodyn products come with a 12-month manufacturer warranty covering:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Component failures under normal use
  • Motor and electronic malfunctions

Warranty claims do not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse or accidents
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications
  • Normal wear and tear
